Shipping Policy
At Dos Leprechauns Media, we work hard to ensure your order is produced and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping timelines, and personalized items.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is received and have a varied production timeline based on the type of order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Standard Orders:
- Production time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–10 business days
- Total delivery: Allow 1–2 weeks from order date
Print-on-Demand Products: Items marked as "Personalized" or "Made-to-Order" are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. These products require:
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- Shipping time: 3–10 business days
- Total delivery: Allow 2–3 weeks from order date
Embroidery Products: Custom embroidered items are made to order and require additional production time:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping time: 3–10 business days
- Total delivery: Allow 2–3 weeks from order date
Print-on-demand and embroidery items cannot be expedited and ship separately from in-stock items.
Mixed Orders: Orders containing multiple product types (standard, print-on-demand, or embroidery) will ship in separate packages as items become ready. You will receive tracking information via email for each shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your confirmation email.
Delays & Communication: During high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify you via email with updated timing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Dos Leprechauns Media is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
